SUMMARY
IHS & ATC planned to deploy 9m monopoles, 18m 4-legged tower on the rooftops of several high-rise buildings in Abuja, Victoria Island, ParkView, Lagos Island, etc. for Rooftop Tower Deployment. To achieve this Tryphena was engaged to conduct a Structural Integrity Test with Proceq Ultrasonic Equipment.

SCOPE OF WORK
1. Model the entire building with a structural engineering software – Prota Structures & StaadPro
2. Scan the building for structural members with Proceq Rebar locator to identify the reinforcement type, diameter and arrangement used on all its members – beams and columns.
3. Conduct non-destructive test on critical structural members on each floor of the building using the Ultrasonic Pundit PL200 Proceq equipment.
4. Structural Analysis of the building with the tower and steel grillage imposed on the rooftop.
